Beyond the video featuring business in The Teardrop area of Bridgeport, the Community Capital Fund, a non-profit loan fund, is offering technical and marketing assistance to stimulate economic growth for downtown business owners.
As an example, Carolyn Gonzalez, business development officer for the Community Capital Fund, regularly sends out e-mail blasts to business owners, alerting them to workshops, financing opportunities, and the availability of consultants to help stimulate their business. Read full article
